1. Full refund will be provided to the customers, If they are unsatisfied with their orders, due to any reason, within 45 days.

2. Customers have all the rights to open the parcel and check their orders thoroughly before making any payment.

3. If there is any sizing mistake on the brand's end, customers will be provided with the facility to exchange their goods, free of delivery charges.

4. If customers have themselves chosen the wrong sizes, then they will have to bear delivery charges for the exchange of goods.
